Exciting News: Furst Ranch Welcomes Starwood Land as Our New Residential Development Partner!

We’re thrilled to announce a new chapter for Furst Ranch! As we continue our journey to create North
Texas’s premier master-planned community, we are partnering with Starwood Land—a nationally
recognized leader in residential development—to bring our vision for Furst Ranch to life. Furst Ranch
agreed to partner with Starwood Land to complete the single-family residential component of our
2,300-acre, master-planned community. Starwood Land, a world-class, single-family residential lot
developer, will replace Hines. Furst Ranch consists of 1,250 acres of single-family homes and 1,050 acres
of mixed-use development. Strategically located at the intersection of State Highway 377 and Farm to
Market Road 1171, Furst Ranch lies in the center of the metroplex and represents the western gateway
to the Town of Flower Mound.


Hines Was a Terrific Partner.


Jack Furst engaged Hines in 2019. Hines did an excellent job of planning three residential communities
for Furst Ranch – the High Plains, the Prairie Vista, and the Cross Timbers. Residential lot sales recently
began to an all-star list of home builders, who will ultimately bring their single-family home product to
Furst Ranch. They include Ashton Woods, Coventry, David Weekley Homes, Drees, Highland Homes,
Partners in Building, Toll Brothers, Tradition, and Shaddock. Jack Furst approved the transfer of our
residential development plan to Starwood Land.
